I had to buy this book for an online class. It was easy to understand, if not totally dumbed down. The course itself was just like this book: tedious, monotonous, and painful to sit through
Pages have what looks like water damage. Cover is bent and curls up, inside of cover page dirty black marks.
I'm not one that usually complains but this just crossed the line. this book has pages ripped out... like how am I supposed to complete my school work if I don't have the right pages I need? waste of my money.
I rented this book for my career development class over summer. looked a little used on the outside but was perfect on the inside and as I said, it got the job done. returned easily in the same shipping folder it came in.
